MT Associates is proud to announce the completion of our new encrypted secure digital services.
This is a culmination of two years work to produce a secure documentation process to allow our clients the ability to exchange data directly with our office and return completed documentation without tape issues and problems.

Some transcribing companies use simple file transport systems that offer little or no actual security and state they are HIPPA compliant and digital, this is not secure and is not real digital service, no file encryption is used in this process for file security or data protection.
We have a true entirely digital, secure, encrypted method that is HIPPA compliant and offers true protection for sensitive critical client data.

Our design intentions were to produce a secure, viable solution to many issues of concern, foremost among these were security across the entire platform for our clustered servers and clients as well as our professional transcription staff.
In today's world the prevalence of viral infestation and proliferation was a real concern; we developed a method to guarantee our system is inoculated and no virus can be transmitted across the entire platform by any means to our clients or staff.
Our corporate level virus security guarantees no virus issues can be passed through our redundant server cluster platform by any means and cannot be passed to our clients.

Our security system is a multiple layer structure by design to protect our clients data, your data is protected by the same encryption methods used by financial institutions to transfer billions of dollars around the globe;  many levels are negotiated with our clients making only one simple logon procedure.
The website links are completely useless to individuals who do not have access rights controlled by our technical staff and can not be used to "locate" or "phish" for any clients information, only the clients or our staff can access any data archived on our redundant cluster servers.

Our clients data is secured and archived twice daily to tape for easy access if a clients office looses a data file, it can easily be replaced with one phone call to our office.
We also produce shadow copies of all files three times daily to guarantee easy replacement of changed files.

Secondly our concerns centered around simplicity of use for our clients, by nature the complex processes used to create a virtual private network or "tunnel" through the Internet are extremely technical in nature, to produce a system with the capabilities of 2000 concurrent network connections.
Technology that is difficult to use for most individuals who have little expertise is of no use to a busy office environment.
Most office IT departments resist change for this reason alone.

We produced a virtual private network system with this in mind to allow as few as possible technical requirements for functionality, our clients office personnel will have little effort in using the process  due to it's website interface our method is point and click.
This reduces our clients technical overhead and allows for a smooth workflow environment. We engineered a system that will reduce our clients information technology staff concerns on training office personnel on the virtual private network services and operation procedures.
